Main Purpose:

This position focuses on trade presence and performance of Unilever portfolio, ensuring all brand and channel needs are met and improving shopping experience in order to drive sales both in-store and online. Driving annual projects for the marketing department and supporting sales & demand forecast

Fixed Term Contract - 1 year

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cascading of Brand/category strategy, marketing plans and all marketing inputs to the Sales/distributor teams
  • Close collaboration with brand managers to plan and execute activations specific to each category and channel.
  • Supporting Customer & Strategy Planning function in monthly forecasting of country product volumes and peak periods
  • All clients forecast control ensuring it is in line with prior set targets and category strategies and further cascade to Planning teams .
  • Leading annual projects within the scope of the marketing department and its relevant brands
  • Trade visits (specially to supervise the implementation of activations/ activities in stores) and collects and analyses all relevant information about competition
  • NPDs - determines and supervises activities during the launch of a new product and promotional activities. Designs and prepares Trade instructions for each NPD and promotional activities.
  • Monthly analysis of sell in/sell out results and preparation of action plan accordingly.
  • Design and management of POS materials and in-store execution
  • Develops and revise, together with the brand team, planograms for all the categories , in order to improve our presence and positioning at the shelves
  • Monitoring and preparing actions regarding sales & trade strategies.
  • Marketing budget oversight and booking of expenses.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities, following by proposed actions based on the results.

Job Requirement:

  • University degree with an emphasis in business and/or marketing.
  • Experience in field of marketing is a priority: 1-2 years.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills & critical thinking.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • The successful candidate must have an excellent command of the English language and good oral and written communication skills.
