Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative

AT A GLANCE:

  • Location: South Diablo Way, Tempe, AZ
  • Pay Rate: $19/hr
  • Schedule: 8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri
  • Work Environment: No weekends, diverse team setting.
  • Training: Onsite training for approximately 90 days, then you can work from home when able to work independently.
  • Requirements: Must be a US citizen

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a member of our Customer Service team, you will assist our valued customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone calls and responding to chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality customer service and personal ethics.
  • Adapting to continuous policy and procedure changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working independently or collaboratively in a diverse work environment to meet team goals.
  • Conveying confidence while resolving customer issues and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer and phone skills, with the ability to use web-based applications effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage telephone and chat interactions with customers, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism, friendliness, and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Capacity to understand and accurately communicate customer needs, employing critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and continuously improve.
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests and be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Preferred:

  • SAP skills
