Your role in our team: 

• You are responsible for the management of our banquet department with a size of 748 sqm. 
• Supervision, planning as well as follow-up of our events in cooperation with the event sales team 
• Together with the team you take care of the perfect set-up of our event location and support the set-up and dismantling process 
• You are the interface between the departments and guests and ensure the smooth running of the event 
• Support of our F&B Service Manager with regard to duty roster & vacation arrangements as well as reporting to our Director of F&B 
• Personal & professional development of our team through trainings & seminars 

What we want from you: 

• You are a passionate host & your heart beats for events and functions 
• You have a strong organizational talent and want to take on (team) responsibility 
• Extra requests or complex inquiries? You keep a cool head! 
• You have completed training as a hotel manager or have experience in a similar position 
• You are communicative - in German as well as in English
