Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a culinary and innovative management multi-talent. You juggle our various outlets and their requirements with ease and without ever dropping the balls. Whether it's large events, upscale a la carte or a BBQ event on the rooftop terrace. You come up with a creative culinary concept for all areas and successfully implement it with your team. You are a true team manager and know how to successfully motivate and achieve goals together. Our guests simply love your nose for F&B trends, your eye for detail and your creative implementation.

What your responsibilities are...

• You manage all aspects of the kitchen (operational, administrative).
• You prepare creative and innovative menu plans and calculations based on the F&B concept
• You do not lose the overview with many different outlets and manage to lead and guide your team accordingly
• You optimize the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate areas
• You lead the entire kitchen brigade professionally, disciplinarily and administratively
• You supervise the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP)
• You will be in charge of the optimal purchase and ordering of food/merchandise
• You always have a watchful eye on the compliance and review of the current kitchen budget (personnel costs, foodcost,etc...)
• You are a real team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team
• You are responsible for the further development of our kitchen team and trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
• You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team

• You already have several years of professional experience in a similar position, international experience is an advantage
• You are characterized by a modern leadership style and have great experience in leading and motivating employees
• Your creativity and enthusiasm for professional implementations is accompanied by a keen sense of culinary trends.

• You are a communication talent with good German and English skills
• Your commercial and organizational knowledge and skills are the basis for your decisions
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
