About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Night Manager to join our leadership team within the Front Office department. 

You will:

• Welcome and acknowledge guests and their requests / service needs
• Be responsible for all over-night operations and provide Relief Night Manager presence 
• Perform Daily Transaction Audit and End of Day to generate Management Report
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service
• Assist management in training, motivating and coaching the Front Office Associates
• Support the Front Office Manager in creating and establishing SOPs
• Work and lead shifts at the Front Desk on a rostered basis
• Provide a safe work environment and comply with the Health & Safety policies and procedures

About You

• Previous hospitality experience as a Night Auditor or in a Guest Service Supervisor role
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to confidently respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends
• Physical fitness
• Opera experience is preferred
• LCQ and current GM Certificate would be advantageous
• Full NZ driving license essential
