What You Will Get To Do:

With a large growth target ahead, we’re looking for this leader to help build and scale a demand generation engine driving millions of dollars in attribution/pipeline every month for our alternatives business. Reporting to the Global Director of Growth Marketing, this is a Senior Manager role on an agile B2B marketing team. In this full-stack marketing role, you’ll tap creative and strategic skills as well as your analytical and experimental skills to craft and execute multichannel acquisition and retention marketing aimed at aggressive performance targets.

  • Develop and drive the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives and tactics to reach sales goals and global marketing KPIs:
  • Working with global stakeholders across multiple regions/timezones to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Relationship building with key internal stakeholders and managing external relationships with creative agencies
  • Identify the right mix of marketing channels, tactics and programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales pipeline goals
  • Work collaboratively with sales, and product marketing to develop marketing strategies/programs
  • Lead the strategy and assist in the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels
  • Identify local content to develop, write and spread in the market either with our content team, our PR manager, or agencies to improve our awareness
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and new features in online advertising, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate

What You Will Bring

  • 8-10+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS and the Alternative Investments business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, ABM and CRM tools
  • Successfully built scalable Global Marketing and ABM programs
  • Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail, social network targeting, etc.
  • Influential leader able to drive collaboration - Strong collaborator who partners with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • You’re inquisitive and innovative. You have a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth
  • Extremely detail oriented and strong project management skills
  • Experience running a budget and reporting on the results in a timely manner

NY: Salary range for the position: 120,000 USD to 140,000 USD. Other States Salary range for the position: 120,000 USD to 140,000 USD.
