Our Co-Ops/Interns receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way!

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Exhibit solid attention to detail.

These skills will be used to:

  • Compile and prepare presentations and graphics utilizing PowerPoint, AdobeCS, and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare budgets for existing and proposed communities utilizing Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare landscape plans and site plans, including entry monuments, amenity centers, and overall community/subdivision plans.
  • Coordinate with various governmental agencies (local jurisdictions, United States Post Office) to obtain approvals for a variety of community features.
  • Solicit bids from trade partners/potential trade partners for a variety of community features.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
