Position Overview:

This person is responsible for providing support and assistance to management and project teams related to the assigned recall project(s). This person will perform all scheduling activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain all project scheduling documentation files and records
• Coordinate sites for scheduling to ensure most effective use of resources
• Initiate outgoing calls and emails to customer base to distribute information and set scheduling dates
• Track resource availability
• Update and maintain internal databases and tracking systems with project specific scheduling and availability information
• Create work orders for each site visit
• Create and dispatch service appointments to field service technicians
• Send follow-up emails to technicians with site specific information
• Work with field service technicians and credentialing staff to ensure proper credentialing is in place for each assignment
• Submit facility code requests, as needed
• Attend and participate in internal and client meetings, when requested

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Customer service or other related experience
• Polite, professional phone demeanor
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow direction
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Prior recall experience preferred
• Strong technical software skills
• Education: Preferred but not required – High School Diploma / GED / AA
