Job Summary

Asst. Manager – Marketing & Communications

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications who can drive marketing and communications strategy of the hotel continuously executing campaigns for the company, creating new ideas, creating, and managing content, manage social media, work on external and internal communications. The candidate while reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications will work in conjunction with other Departments like F&B, Operations, Housekeeping and Culinary to execute these campaigns.

Key Areas

  • Assists in curating content including planning, mood boards, photographer coordination and on-ground execution.
  • Assists in developing collateral and artworks for the hotel including copywriting, coordination with Graphic artist, research, design, corporate identity management and printshop.
  • Manage online content including on website, affiliate platforms, social media, engage with online community on social channels.
  • Orchestrate great social media campaigns coupling spectacular content with paid social strategy.
  • Draft Press Release, curate media pitch notes, distribute press release and maintain media and influencer contacts.
  • Execute paid campaigns, monthly reports, manages day-to-day tasks and maintain agency & partner relations.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Degree in Mass Communications welcome but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in PR Agency or in Social Media Marketing/Content Marketing in agency/company. 
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knows how to work on Canva, Snapseed, Adobe etc.
  • Zeal to create brilliant content, Images, and copy.
  • Displays knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills for Copywriting, writing of Press Releases and Pitch notes.
