Territory Manager - Surgical should be able to manage sales within his defined region. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the EMID products (Auto Sutures/Staplers) & representing the organization in accordance with its policies.

A Day in the Life

  • Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
  • Ensure right productivity and growth objectives.
  • Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the assigned area.
  • Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data.
  • Maintain Core customer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
  • Manage assigned distributor and collaborate with distributor teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage distributor to ensure sales orders, AR Management, maintaining inventory and collaborate in customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans and meet the planned AOP of respective portfolio.
  • Continuous analysis of market information and timely submission for business progression.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor in Pharma / Engineering / Science
  • Minimum 4-6 yrs. of sales experience in Medical device/ implants selling.
  • Devices/ concept Selling is mandatory.
  • Willing to travel extensively covering assigned geographical area to meet customers.

Nice to Have

  • Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
  • Strong grasp on the market and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
  • Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
  • Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
