WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Practice Area Senior Manager, you will be sought as a thought partner, supporting leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business while also providing ad hoc support for priority initiatives across the PA. You will work closely with PA leadership to drive coordination and development of the PA business. Other tasks include business analysis and planning, lead organization, internal communication and affiliation activities.

In addition, you will manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases), reaching out to relevant Client Officers/Managing Directors. You will provide inputs to the Practice's Marketing Partner and Marketing Manager to plan publications, newsletters, internal and external events for the PA; develop a SATT strategy for the PA and plan activities; own the PA's content on BCG.com and Perspectives and be the liaison to industry platforms and associations that the sector partners with.

You will work closely with MSP Practice leadership to drive development and coordination of the MSP Asia Pacific business. You will drive business analysis and planning, then manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases). You will lead the people agenda in the region to build and support functional pyramids & careers, as well as plan affiliation activities. Additionally, you will provide inputs to the MSP Marketing team to plan publications, newsletters, internal and external SATT events for the PA. You will join the Global MSP PA Management & Operations team to collaborate on and contribute to priority global initiatives for the practice.

  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Role related certifications preferred

  • Ability to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems autonomously, with full business acumen
