We’re currently looking for an Infiniti Dealer Operations Manager - Central Region, to join our team based in Mississauga, ON.

This role will be responsible for Supporting 13 Infiniti Retailers in Central Region (All based in the province of Ontario). You will be the Key Field representative with Dealer Principals, Vice-Presidents, Directors and General Managers within your Territory. The position will be responsible for all Dealer Performance Areas. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and franchise Profitability.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and grow Market share in each assigned Retailer PMA (Primary Market Area).
  • Oversee all Variable Operations areas of the Business. (Sales, New and Used, and F&I).
  • Work collaboratively with assigned Fixed Operations Manager to grow the Aftersales business.
  • Enhance overall customer experience through the achievement of specific VOC (voice of Customer) objectives and process implementation – work closely with and support Retailers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives using the ISSW (Infiniti Sales & Service Way) Guidelines.
  • Create and nurture business relationships with Retailer Principal Owners, General Managers, Service and Parts Managers focusing on our common business objectives.
  • Liaises between INFINITI CANADA and Retailer partners.
  • Utilize INFINITI/ NCI tools and software to analyze and identify opportunities within the Dealer financial statement and work with Retailers to highlight missed opportunities and improve profitability.
  • To monitor Retailer Profitability and provide monthly consultation on how to improve areas lagging behind regional/national benchmarks.
  • Work in partnership with a dedicated Ontario Dealer Network Development
  • Manager to address any facility and General Manager requirements.
  • Develop Annual Business Plans for each Retailer in Central Region

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A University Degree preferred in business/marketing or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 to 7 years business experience with at least 3 years in the automotive industry. Automotive retail experience an asset.
  • Must be fully conversant in English required. 
  • The incumbent is expected to make decisions in the field relating to sales and marketing, Customer quality, warranty, service retention, parts and accessory loyalty, Retailer training, with minimal supervision.
  • Role is highly demanding for multi-tasking & focused listening/concentration skills – telephone calls, email, data analysis, report writing and travel. Retailer visits essential to building and fostering a strong partnership.
  • By the nature of the position, the incumbent in this position deals with issues that require some analysis/creativity resolve (i.e. non-performing dealers).
