THE ROLE

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Knowledge Management Interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity for students from non-tech backgrounds who possess strong written communication skills, a knack for technology, and are eager to learn. The intern will gain practical experience in crafting content that aligns with our Knowledge Management process, while developing essential writing and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding content writer to learn from experienced professionals and make a meaningful impact.

  • Developing a comprehensive strategy to create a knowledge base and convert all existing engineering documentation into a more structured format, improving accessibility, organization, and usability for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Creating and owning the engineering knowledge base content which includes team home pages, design documents, technology documentations, architectural diagrams, tech support articles etc.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content.
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities to enhance technical writing skills and stay updated on industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops related to technical communication and technology trends.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s program, preferably in Communications, English, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with technology concepts and the ability to translate technical information into clear and accessible content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs or similar tools
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
