Position Summary/Objective:

PBR is seeking a talented video editor to create videos that inspire fans and amplify the brand’s image and elevate the most exciting sport on dirt. The videos will appear on broadcast, social media and live sporting events in the world’s most iconic sports venues. Ultimately, we are seeking a person with the ability to bring creativity and innovation to life to tell story of the modern version of the iconic cowboy. The position will assist in the creation of broadcast commercials, social videos, sizzle reels, promotional videos and live event opening videos.

A video demo reel is required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tell long and short form stories through assembling initial cuts for projects across all of our major initiatives, making the necessary creative decisions to craft rough cuts, and collaborate with the team on bringing projects ultimately to the final cut
  • Conceptualize and create engaging promotional videos through use of video, audio, sound design and graphics
  • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
  • Maintain best practices with our Post Production workflow and file management systems

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Media or Digital Cinema or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in video editing, preferably in the sports and entertainment
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
  • Ability to accomplish audio sweetening and video grading in a fast-pace environment
  • Create and effectively tell a story through editing techniques
  • Superior project management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Offer innovative and creative ideas that deliver on business objectives
  • Enthusiastic, solution-oriented team player
  • Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing conditions associated with an internationally televised sports entertainment environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal business hours 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Occasional after hours/weekend work may be required during peak times
  • Travel to annual seminars for team collaboration
  • Position can be based out of Pueblo, CO; Fort Worth, TX; or Las Vegas, NV for the right candidate
