As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling the company’s products to both new and existing customers (B2B) in South-eastern Romania, with a responsibility delivering competitive sales targets and meeting key performance indicators across your region. The position best suits a sales professional from a technical engineering background, with experience held across HVAC, thermostats and / or pressure control systems being highly advantageous.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Deliver the Key Performance Indicators and Sales Revenue Targets
  • To develop and maintain a partner distribution network throughout the designated area for Honeywell Home products 
  • The Sales Account Manger shall have assigned area responsibility for profitably sales and advising Customers on the Company’s products and shall introduce new and existing customers to the Company’s products, including NPIs and their benefit to customers
  • In conjunction with the Country Sales Leader prepare a business plan for the region and discuss with all customers their potential requirements for the Company’s products that will maximize growth opportunities for the forthcoming period along with identifying the requisite actions that the Company will need to take to realize these opportunities
  • Develop in prepare materials and tolls need for cooperation with customers
  • Periodic visits to customers - in house product demonstrations, product testing, collecting VoC
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with all customers in the region to look at their requirements for the Company’s products as compared to their forecasted requirements and previous year
  • Discuss and work on concepts with prospective customers to start business with the Company
  • Identify Project opportunities and follow up
  • Maintain and improve cooperation with the actual base of customers
  • Visit frequently and support Designers, General Constructors and End Customers with presentations which show the benefit of using the Company’s products. 
  • Responsibility for the various MarCom and Marketing activities in the sales region in accordance with the MarCom communication plan 
  • Market and competition surveys 
  • Following agreed action plan with direct manager, in regard to job scope for ongoing month 
  • Provide reports of all business marketing activities and travel schedules on a monthly basis to the Country Sales Leader 
  • Frequently follow up to make sure that customers have received and responded communication from the Company and maintain the database of opportunities/contacts in the current CRM system
  • Continuously feedback performance & gap analysis to Leadership to allow setting relevant goals to reach the KPIs

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience selling technical engineering products B2B. 
  • Ability to communicate with decision makers for a multi-national company.
  • Advanced English communications skills

WE VALUE:

  • owledge of HVAC, thermostats and / or pressure controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering degree (would be an advantage)
