The Global Programs Manager Mid-Funnel Campaigns at Qlik 

The Global Programs Manager, Mid-funnel Campaigns produces multi-touch inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to nurture leads through the middle of the funnel to AQL. This role partners closely with Qlik’s Analytics and Data Business Units, all functional areas of marketing, external marketing agencies, and the Demand Center to strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

The Mid-Funnel Marketing Campaigns Role 

The Sr Payroll Specialist reports to the Sr Global Payroll Manager and is a part of the Qlik Global Payroll Team. The Sr Payroll Specialist processes and manages payroll in a timely and accurate manner. They also use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency, identifying discrepancies while handling sensitive and confidential information. Attention to detail and a determination to maintain a high quality of work is essential. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Develop and implement innovative mid-funnel campaigns to maximize revenue potential across different product lines. Some examples include:
  • Cross-sell and up-sell
  • Takeout campaigns
  • End-of-quarter pipeline boosts
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to connect global and regional campaigns. Build out a turnkey, repeatable process for mid-funnel marketing.
  • Web presence and digital investments
  • Organic social and press
  • Qlik communities
  • Marketo emails and .ofts
  • Target lists
  • Content creation
  • Sales enablement playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and training
  • Goal setting and measurement
  • SalesLoft cadences

Product Release & Launch Support

  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support product releases, launches, decommissions, and changes to pricing and packaging
  • Determine tactical mix, investment, targeting, and user journey
  • Ensure internal readiness:
  • Audit the content library and build a content map to identify a core bill of materials and any gaps
  • With internal and external partners, create content offers and advertisements to support the user journey
  • Participate in weekly product interlock calls

Skills and qualifications for this role include: 

The Global Programs Manager, Mid-funnel Campaigns should be a creative, tech-savvy data geek who takes a data-driven approach to marketing. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience
  • Demonstrated success in previous marketing positions via work samples
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis
  • Account Based Marketing experience a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 94,930.00 USD MIN – 140,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
