Job Description

1) Coordinate between expats and vendors for inbound expats' practicality (e.g., work permit and immigration related matters, property agency and international school)

2) Support on checking various information related to immigration-related matters for inbound and outbound expats (e.g., database)

3) Arrange the invitation letter and company-related documents for inbound expats (including family) and interns for Thai visa application from overseas

4) Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders in 3 locations (Bangkok, Amata Plant and Hemaraj Plant) for invoice settlement and immigration & work permit applications.

5) Support to prepare the onboarding documents for new employees as well as offboarding documents for resigned employees.

Qualifications

1) Currently a student in Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields

2) Good in English and Thai communication skills

3) Creative, multi-tasking, well-organized and details-oriented

4) Good coordination and time-management skills

5) Photoshop and Microsoft Excel would be an advantage

6) Minimum 4 months internship program (starting from mid of February 2024)
