What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and own reporting dashboards used by the entire company every day
  • Make recommendations on how to optimize player experiences based on reporting results
  • Identify critical product metrics and make recommendations on what data to collect
  • Consult with product owners and marketing teams to run impactful A/B tests and multivariate experiments in live games
  • Support and influence various teams as the consumer insights expert
  • Explain trends in player behavior and system performance to the executive team
  • Continuously develop new insights to inform decision-making and strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Maximize revenue through engagement and monetization analytics
  • Perform customer segmentation and profiling analysis
  • Track customer behaviors and life cycles, such as response, engagement, and churn

Your Skillz:

  • Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics or other quantitative field
  • 2+  years experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web, mobile, or other technology company
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Expertise diving into large relational databases and doing structured analyses
  • Excellent SQL skills: extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
  • Background in statistical analysis and familiarity with core statistical functions, including multivariate regression, correlation models, and analysis of variance
  • Proven ability to turn large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence
  • Basic scripting skills (PHP, Python, Ruby, Javascript etc.) to automate data processing and create web dashboards a plus
