UX: Associate Creative Director
Develop and implement innovative and effective copywriting strategies and vision that align with clients' brand guidelines, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Mentor other content strategists; understand their skill sets, strengths, and areas for improvement while providing guidance and feedback.
Evaluate work standards; contribute to the annual performance reviews.
Responsibility for developing a cohesive content design strategy, scaling our editorial processes and standardizing rules for scalability.
Your role will be to design processes for managing content requests, reviews and iteration, implement full audits of existing copy, craft engaging onboarding flows, develop A/B value propositions, and mentor new writers who come onboard.
Maintain and develop design team style guides, glossaries and be an advocate for best content practices on the product team and marketing team.
Create guidelines and messaging architecture to communicate brand identity and apply a brand's personality, mission, voice, and vision to actual words on a page.
Build, evolve and scale editorial processes, standards, and tools. Write clear, creative UX content that focuses on educating our customers and promoting better feature usage across all Design team products/services and follow accessibility guidelines as well Collaborate with UX/ UI managers, developers, marketing, product marketing, and other stakeholders across the company.
Create persuasive and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
Make suggestions on how to make our communications better for our users by looking at the product/service holistically.
Write clear, creative UX content that focuses on educating our customers and promoting better feature usage across all Design team products/services Create and advise on a variety of content activities and documentation including content maps and models, information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, personalization frameworks and more.
Conduct content assessments, inventories, and gap analyses. Establish and communicate requirements for content creation, CMS, and governance to ensure content serves the brand and fulfills a defined purpose, vision, KPIs, or other key metrics.
Participate in user research, competitive/comparative review, and usability testing. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform and inspire copy development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in copywriting, digital marketing, and technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating closely to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
Qualifications - Extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proven experience in leading and inspiring a team of copywriters, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt writing style to various brands and target audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, team building and collaboration Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and messaging.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
