As a Experience Design Executive Director in the Payments Experience Design (PXD) team, you will be leading a Design team responsible for core money movement experiences across our digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive design throughout the product development life cycle, ensuring users are in the center of all we do, and that the products we build are simple to use and impossible to outgrow. Our users have multifaceted, fast-paced, information overloaded jobs, within an already complex industry. The tools and experiences you will help design must add value with minimal additional complexity. To do our job well, we utilize creative design-led techniques and consumer-grade principles to help us break through the industry jargon and bureaucracy and find insights that others can't.
