POSITION DETAILS
Reporting to the Director of the Hunter College Art Galleries , the Gallery Curator will manage exhibitions and programs and administer the day-to-day facilities operations of two galleries (The Bertha and Karl Leubsdorf Gallery at Hunter's main campus and the 205 Hudson Gallery in the MFA facility in Tribeca), and help oversee the exhibitions and programs at Hunter East Harlem Gallery at the Silberman School of Social Work.
Responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and four years' related experience required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS -The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Art History , Museum Studies, Studio Art or related field and previous curatorial and/or administrative experience in a college or university gallery or museum.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience($62,411- $82,928).
