Position Overview

The Senior Dental Network Recruiter embodies a proactive approach, driven by a passion for achieving results in this performance-oriented role. Their primary responsibility involves securing signed contracts with dental providers listed for recruitment within the company. This entails implementing tailored recruitment strategies to meet both individual and divisional objectives, with the potential for bonus incentives.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a track record of success in Dental PPO Networks and/or Dental third-party networks. This position presents a distinctive chance to craft top-tier recruitment strategies aligned with our expanding Medicare Advantage Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract a dental provider network in a geographic area within established targets
  • Prioritize provider challenges and office dynamics, identify best approaches to communicating and educating providers and staff
  • Proactively build strong network relations
  • Manage PPO and Medicare Advantage recruitment efforts and network retention within assigned territories
  • Serve as a resource to support network initiatives and help ensure regulatory requirements and strategic goals are realized
  • Track and log daily performance through recruitment interactions and goal metric information using various tracking mechanisms


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in dental recruitment with network recruitment results
  • Industry experience with dental claims, provider relations, Medicare Advantage
  • Substantive experience working with insurance and dental terminology
  • Working knowledge of provider contracts and support providers on contracting protocol

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks and responding to shifting priorities to maximize client satisfaction and opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and responsibilities with persistent and complete follow through that attains results
  • Proven negotiation and relationship building skills – continuing positive relationships with dental providers, large dental groups, DSO’s, and Dental Consultants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including listening and persuasive speaking, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support key professional relationships
