The Opportunity
The District Manager (NV, AZ, NM, and Northern TX) will lead a team of five-seven (5-7) Point of Care Solution Specialists that cover Hospital and Outpatient customer segments and be responsible for generating sales in the growing Point of Care diagnostics industry. The sales cycle is highly complex and involves multiple stakeholders across several hospital service lines, outpatient care settings and distribution partners. You will be responsible for providing leadership to sales representatives through direction, motivation, coaching, skill development, and knowledge sharing to lead your team to execute sales strategies that result in financial goal attainment, strong customer loyalty and staff development. You will continue Abbott’s 130+ year tradition of bringing new products and technologies to the world that create more possibilities for more people at all stages of life. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. Manager must live in territory with preference in Phoenix, Dallas, Albuquerque, or Las Vegas.
