Your Mission

Your mission is to build the best-in-class automation development tooling needed by customers to effortlessly digitize their internal processes. You will do this by applying best in class product management methodologies that cover product discovery, product definition and validation and go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Manage the product backlog;
  • Write specifications for new and updated epics and stories;
  • Manage (prioritize) the road map and release schedule;
  • Align and communicate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, other product managers, etc.);
  • Align road map with the overall company road map and release themes;
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. Intimately understand our customer’s needs and challenges;
  • Work with the engineering team on an ongoing basis to deliver the planned stories with each release;
  • Document and communicate release artifacts and implications;
  • Contribute to the UiPath product vision and road map;
  • Be a product evangelist both internally and externally;
  • Instrument our products and use data for product decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and players.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 4+ years of product management experience on an enterprise product;
  • Proven past work from a product management position with engineering teams;
  • Experience managing engineering backlogs;
  • MS / BS degree in computer science or equivalent;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Positive, can-do attitude;
  • Data-driven mindset;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to multiple changes.
