Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Job Summary - Supply Chain Analyst II (Gateway)

Focus on supply chain planning 

Job Qualification 

  • Degree graduate is any discipline
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Good in Microsoft (Excel / Power Point)

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare 3-months MPs
  • Prepare 3-month raw materials requirement to suppliers
  • Review the capacity monthly and trigger capacity expansion if required 
  • Prepare monthly production plan
  • Work closely with Operation to ensure the production plan is executed as planned 
  • Close monitoring the components to support the production plan
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of components to support in house production 
  • Review and provide confirmation for each Interco customer order received 
  • Review the customer order CRD to ensure KPI is met 
  • Review PDR to ensure the KPI is met 
  • Prepare ad hoc report as required
