SERVICE ORDER PROCESSING & COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a candidate who acts a strong point of contact and supports in coordinating with internal technicians as well as external technicians, dealers & customers. Person should have knowledge of generating offers, Order Processing, import formalities, customs formalities, logistics & shipments.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • Strong Co-ordinator to enable co-ordinating with Internal Technicians as well as external technicians and colleagues . 
  • Handles the entry of Service orders and local currency invoice generation 
  • Quick Response to customer requests by email or phone 
  • Guarantee compliance with the pricing policy and margins 
  • Manage relationships with Internal Team members, Business Partners & customers 
  • Inform customers about the availability of Spare Parts, Accessories & consumables. 
  • Manage the monitoring and improvement of internal procedures 
  • Manage the price and discount schedules 
  • Manage outstanding authorized credits 
  • Manage order books in coordination with our customers 
  • Coordinate the proper execution of complex shipments over time 
  • Supervise the good synchronization between product orders, logistics and installers 
  • Coordinate the resolution of carrier disputes 

ABOUT YOU

  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Economic disciplines 
  • 5-10 years of post-qualification relevant experience are required; 
  • Experience of working for a reputed organization 
  • Highly analytical and with a strong level of attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a commitment to delivering a high level of internal customer service and comfortable in interacting at all levels within the organization/functions 
  • Good in excel, Microsoft office & fluent in English
  • Open for learning new things
