About the role

We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Tax to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future. Your expertise in tax laws and proactive approach will guide us through the complexities of tax regulations, turning challenges into strategic advantages.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Navigate the complexities of tax regulations, ensuring full compliance and minimising tax liabilities.
  • Stay updated with tax law changes to keep Reckitt ahead and well-prepared for future financial landscapes.
  • Maintain meticulous accuracy in reporting and tax returns, upholding the integrity of our financial processes.
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning, identifying opportunities to optimise our tax position and support business growth.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insight that will inform cost management and profit maximisation.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven expertise in audit, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
  • Strong understanding of tax law and compliance, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
  • Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
