Objective of job - Leading system architecture activities of MB.OS foundational system platforms from RD China perspective, covering high performance computing, ADAS, telematics, etc. - Gaining insight from domestic and international markets, determining RD China Connectivity and Autonomous Driving technical research directions, providing technical guidance to RDC teams from System Arch view - Coordinating with global RD, defining the architecture spec of global platforms for China requirement, developing technology pre-research and product platform that can meet the needs of local market - Leading platform system architecture updating, and the optimization work of local project system architecture, participating in architecture definition of the overall vehicle technology platform, defining the boundaries and interactions of each system - Taking charge of the evaluation and professional skill development of the company's technical path talents.
Qualification: - Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, E/E engineering or similar majors, prefer Doctor degree; over 10 years relevant experience on comp any level chief architect position if bachalor degree - Experience: 10+ years of experiences in leading OEMs, Internet companies, Hi-tech companies, Tier 0.5 or Tier 1 companies, e.g. overall vehicle chief architect, up to company level domain controller architect, company level chief engineer etc; Leading the innovative technical platform development and as major technical decision maker in the company, the products were recognized by the industry and showed advancement in the industry; International vision and international experience in technology development and decision-making is preferred, need to be familiar with China local suppliers presence; - Specific knowledge Proficient in the electrical functional architecture of the vehicle, the electrical physical architecture, the principles of network communication; Proficient in system architecture development, functional safety, network and Car IT security; Good insights of market tech trends for AD/Infotainment domain even entire vehicle; Strong report writing and technical documentation skills; good external presentation skills; good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Has teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude; Have a certain degree of popularity and influence in the industry and certain part-time experience or contributors in automobile-related industry associations or automobile engineering design regulatory agencies such as Society of Automotive Engineers of China and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers
