Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operation support for order booking.
  • Track Contract Notification Tab
  • Reserve all Orders for assigned Account managers.
  • All orders to be approved within 48 hours of entry into package validation.
  • All Name Change Requests to be entered in Tiger and SFDC.
  • Disconnection order to be created within 24 hours of receiving the request from collections/Credit team and order needs to process immediately.
