What you will do:

As Sales Operations Project Manager you will contribute to Lighthouse’s success through executing projects and initiatives that improve the global sales process and make efficiency gains. Some project examples are; new system integrations, product launches, integration of acquired businesses into our CRM and sales process. This individual will work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders from the commercial systems team, finance, legal, revenue operations and engineering team. This role is suitable for someone with project management and Salesforce.com experience, who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate coordinating various project stakeholders. In this role you will be reporting to our Sales Operations Manager within the Revenue Operations team. 

Where you will have impact:

  • Support the sales operations strategy, align priorities to the company goals and execute operational plans
  • Fully understand the sales processes and be able to build on them in a scalable manner
  • Identify quick-wins and crucial enhancement to the sales process
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of standard operating procedures
  • Create business cases to establish a project’s business value and set out a clear scope 
  • Manage projects from A-Z and keep track of their progress, including timelines, milestones, post project training, documentation and change management 
  • Support internal product launches from an operational point of view, gather requirements and ensure everyone is aligned. 
  • Support the migration of M&A businesses to our CRM in a way that ensures sales success, and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the commercial systems team to ensure a successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement training, contents, processes, practices and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Liaise with Sales Enablement for the roll-out of new processes.
  • Prioritise your work and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders

Who you are:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in sales-business operations/project management
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and sales automation – Salesforce highly preferred 
  • A PM certificate is a bonus
  • Very organised, thriving on keeping plans up-to-date, making sure asks don’t fall through the cracks
  • Excellent communicator in English, oral and written. 
  • Able to articulate complex project scope into understandable, plain-language requirements for all stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload, great time management
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a bonus
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced service-oriented environment in keeping with Lighthouse's values and culture
  • Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus
