Join our team in Cluj-Napoca as we are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to drive our creative vision forward. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our marketing and sales collateral by providing expert visual direction. Working closely with both local and international teams (EMEA), you'll ensure that our global brand guidelines are applied and regionally adapted.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create and provide visual direction for the design of marketing and sales collateral in collaboration with local and international teams.
  • Apply global brand guidelines across media for all brand touchpoints, adapting to regional and local needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into clear design briefs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete requests as needed
  • Collaborate with external teams to complete requests as needed (local markets and other locations)
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal subject matter experts, project managers, executives, the sales organization, and non-designers to meet business objectives
  • Present ideas and direction on small to large projects, work through creative project issues and problems, and provide design and visual branding advice on projects.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphics developed by other staff and subject matter experts.
  • Provide design feedback and guidance to graphic designers and SMEs, ensuring that the creative approach is consistent across all materials.
  • Maintain and update project and reference folders
  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings and team rituals
  • Maintain and update product knowledge (attend product training)
  • Follow learning and development plan and update progress

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 3-4 years' work experience, preferably in a Brand building agency, Design agency or Interior Design firm
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong design, creative, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate design ideas with all levels of people, from contractors to executives
  • Ability to work with global partners and thrive in a distributed team environment
  • Critical eye for composition, color, lighting, design, tone and impact with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with various production techniques (both print and digital)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious, adaptable, easy-going, with a sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to figure things out as processes are defined and redefined, ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to independently manage large design projects
  • Ability to define and navigate design problems and drive systems-based solutions
  • Professional business English.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Degree/Diploma in Communication Design / Product Design / Interior Design / Computer Graphics / Multimedia or equivalent
  • Skills in video, digital, animation, illustration and other design disciplines
  • Any additional language (German OR French OR Spanish) would be a plus.
