Job Description

Sales Coordinator Location: Remote

Pay: Up to $33/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our well known lifestyle brand technology client on a 12-month contract.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Sales, Revenue sub-teams and Cross Functional Partners to help onboard clients and unlock revenue. You will provide operational support, drive productivity and order process enhancements for Sales and Finance to help deliver world-class support for partners. The fast growing SMB sales teams in the US & Canada partner with advertisers in these markets to bring their brands, intent and action to our client's platform.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Drive operational support to Client Partners and Client Account Managers for our SMB sales channels as it relates to orders, billing reconciliation, bonus media and other key tasks
  • Execute incoming orders, coordinating between the sales team, our vendor partners and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Resolve and respond to partner issues (in coordination with revenue sub teams during onboarding and order phases)
  • Understand our processes and provide guidance to sellers on a daily basis and through training, partnering with Sales Enablement 
  • Participate in projects that enhance the order management process or other sales initiatives as they relate to the SMB market

Sales Coordinator Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in an operational, legal, or accounting role (ideal but not required)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail (legal and/or accounting experience ideal but not required)
  • Ability to play a client-facing role and represent in a professional manner
  • Salesforce experience preferred
