Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As a platform product manager, you will be responsible for defining our requirements for the user interface (hardware and software) of our angiography systems (floor, ceiling-mounted and biplane systems)
  • You are responsible for analyzing markets, industry trends and our competitors
  • Through contact with customers, you ensure that customer needs are integrated into roadmaps and solutions
  • You define and continuously update the roadmap of your area of responsibility to drive implementation in close collaboration with our User Experience and R&D teams
  • You are responsible for and prioritize the backlog in alignment with our Solution Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that it reflects the current needs of our customers and our business
  • You are responsible for performing system tests

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in a scientific/ technical field, in business administration or in medicine
  • You have many years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the areas of portfolio management, product management, product training or sales
  • You know the challenges and needs of our customers and are familiar with the processes in an intervention/ operating and control room
  • You have knowledge of medical devices (ideally angiography solutions) and their clinical application (ideally angiography, image-guided minimally invasive therapy)
  • You have business knowledge and are familiar with the analysis of business cases
  • You have experience with requirement engineering and system testing
  • You have knowledge and experience in lean management or agile hardware and software development, ideally in accordance with the SAFe framework

  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • Your communication skills enable you to interact with our customers at eye level and successfully communicate our customers' needs to international development and management teams.
  • Your powers of influencing help you to implement the goals and drive their realization forward
  • You are able to find compromises and create win-win situations
  • National and international business trips are a welcome change for you (approx. 15%) in order to build and maintain a trusting relationship with our customers
  • Your passion for medical technology and your enthusiasm for innovation are reflected in your clinical understanding
  • You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of analytical and strategic skills and a strong customer focus
