Then come and join our global team as Global Head (f/m/d) of a Marketing Content Management and Sales Enablement Platform to drive the digital transformation of marketing and sales at Siemens Healthineers.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will lead a small team in disciplinary and technical terms & support them as a coach and mentor by creating the necessary framework conditions for successful work. You will prioritize the team to enable the right projects at the right time, focusing on budget and timelines and inspire and develop the team
  • You are responsible for the success of our company-wide Marketing Content Management and Sales Enablement platform, which is measured by the achievement of KPIs and the realization of business cases that you define in coordination with sponsors and the leadership team
  • Together with your team, you will develop the long-term strategy for the marketing content, the sales enablement platform and the associated change management initatives. In addition, you will identify, prioritize and implement additional use cases based on business priorities, user requirements and integration opportunities with our CRM landscape and ensure that these use cases are rolled out globally and their value is realized
  • You will conduct regular and transparent project reviews for sponsors and the management team
  • You are responsible for collaboration with other departments (e.g. business lines, country organizations, IT, accounting, data privacy) and execute joint projects
  • You manage the company-wide communication for the platform and apply change management methodologies to continuously increase the usage rate
  • You are the contact person for all topics relating to the external platform supplier
  • You monitor the market for content management and sales enablement platforms and keep up to date with the latest developments

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on marketing, business administration, communication science or a comparable field
  • You have many years of professional experience in the successful management of marketing and/or sales-related change projects
  • You have a proven track record of successfully driving and completing projects in the area of content management or sales enablement
  • You have experience in a matrix organization
  • You already have experience in managing teams or have already been in a role with technical and/or disciplinary management tasks
  • You have a very good understanding of interpreting business and technical needs and translating these into user stories

Your attributes and skills:

  • In order to be able to act confidently in our international environment, you are business fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage
  • You are a digital sales native and understand how modern commercial organizations are evolving
  • You are a skilled negotiator and can deal well with matrix organizations and numerous stakeholders
  • You are results-oriented and proactive. You enjoy implementing our high standards as part of a team
  • You impress us with your analytical and assertive skills. Your way of working is characterized by personal responsibility and strategic thinking; you set priorities with determination
  • You are also a strong team player with excellent communication skills, creativity and conceptual abilities Willingness to travel internationally
