The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Specialist that manages the marketing calendar with the client and internal AutoPoint teams. The responsibilities include but not limited to campaign execution, reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing data, direct and digital marketing, campaign analytics and the automotive industry. 

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage a marketing calendar based on input from the corporate clients, dealers, Regional Account Directors and the Account Director
  • Identify ongoing content needs based on multiple dealer request
  • Present new ideas and approaches to clients in Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint 
  • Manage the creative development and programming process through Salesforce 
  • Supervise the creative approval process between the internal teams and client
  • Confirm legal disclaimer accuracy and approval with client and internal teams
  • Interact between Account Team/Client and other departments such as Production, Operations, Marketing Helpdesk, and Tech Ops
  • Facilitate the efforts of defining or providing the campaign list criteria for data processing
  • Handle the final QC of all templates and list audits for campaigns prior to going live
  • Coordinate mass deployment efforts for email and direct mail campaigns, as needed
  • Process campaign orders and facilitate order management as needed
  • Track and provide campaign results for clients and field team
  • Prepare activity reports for guidance of management
  • Create and manage proofs for clients and field team as needed
  • Create and manage tracking of specific campaigns to share with clients and team members
  • Pull counts and costs for campaigns as needed

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to keep others adequately informed through appropriate communication methods
  • Customer Service with the ability to manage difficult customer situations, meet commitments, respond promptly to customer needs and proactively solicit customer feedback to improve service

  • Project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Experience with direct and digital marketing, campaign mechanics and management
  • Automotive marketing experience, ideally with sales incentives and legal disclaimer process for campaigns
