Mission Description

The Cloud Collaboration Product Manager is the product manager of an Orange OTT (Over The Top) offer on the enterprise market, which is part of the Cloud Services Aggregator strategy.

The Product Manager's mission is to contribute to the launch of the service and its improvement by short cycles of functional enrichments and by placing the user experience at the center of the evolution choices.

Description of activities

  • Based on data from corporate strategy, sales channels, Communication Services business line orientations, market and supplier data and customer studies, you define the evolution of the content of the offer and its market positioning.
  • You ensure the competitive intelligence of major players in the Internet world (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Slack, etc.) and specialized suppliers (Cisco, Ring Central, ...) but also similar products developed within the Orange Group (messaging, telephony, identity, etc.).
  • By constantly placing yourself in the user's shoes and interacting with other stakeholders, you anticipate their needs in order to provide them with a differentiated and renewed experience.
  • You work to improve the customer experience (purchase journey, use, etc.)
  • You define the product roadmap and manage its implementation by ensuring that:
  • Meet the expectations of sales channels and customers,
  • Meet expected revenue and margin targets
  • Develop differentiation from other market players
  • You manage the relationship with solution providers (examples: Cisco, Microsoft) and ecosystem providers (software, servers, workstations, headsets...).
  • You make forecasts and analyze service sales, and determine corrective actions to implement to achieve objectives.
  • You are the guarantor of the profitability of the offer and work every day to improve it.
  • You play a structuring role alongside the project manager in major evolution of the offer (TTM) projects.
  • You will work with internal collaborators (stakeholders in the production chain) and external partners (service providers, publishers, developers) whose actions you will ensure consistency with your product strategy.
  • You contribute to the sales support provided by the business development teams within the sales zones and channels.
  • You contribute to the optimization of pre-sales processes, the improvement of sales support tools as well as customer events with the Operational Marketing team.
  • You contribute with the rest of the team to marketing workshops and market monitoring activities, evolution of the range strategy and transversal actions.
