The Marketing Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic partnerships at ZALORA. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and the Marketing Director, this role is instrumental in developing business growth strategies, exploring new offline channels, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive ZALORA's expansion. The role currently offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to develop offline channel growth strategies.
  • Oversee partnership accounts and execute strategic deals to enhance ZALORA's visibility and acquire new customers.
  • Create co-marketing opportunities with business partners to expand ZALORA's channels.
  • Negotiate and close deals with external parties to meet defined KPIs.
  • Enhance sales and acquire new customers through sustainable co-marketing partnerships.
  • Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Administer the marketing budget and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Partnerships Trackers and manage weekly partnership KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of key growth strategies and provide support in major ZALORA events.
  • Supervise and interact closely with various teams.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agencies and partners.
  • Oversee other offline marketing initiatives, including the execution of ZALORA’s omnichannel strategy, OOH campaigns, ATL campaigns, and new media plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
