Define and communicate the overall creative vision and direction for visual design projects in the service industry.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.

Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the organization's brand guidelines and customer expectations.

Lead the conceptualization and development of visual design concepts, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and imagery.

Review and provide feedback on design deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and user experience.

Ensure the consistent application of the brand identity across all visual design projects.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, providing guidance to the team and stakeholders on brand standards and best practices.

Continuously evolve and refine the brand identity to stay relevant and aligned with market trends and customer preferences.

Establish and maintain a high standard of design excellence within the visual design team.

Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure designs meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer experience, and operations, to align design efforts with business goals.

Act as a key point of contact between the visual design team and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions and addressing feedback.

Lead and manage the visual design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture, promoting innovation and creativity.

Manage workloads, assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role in visual design, preferably in the service industry.

Expert knowledge of design principles, visual aesthetics, and brand identity.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools

Good to have skills - Experience in working with clients across various industries, including automobile, technology, e-commerce, finance, or healthcare. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles in the service industry. Understanding of the customer journey and ability to align design strategies with customer needs and expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-centric environment. 3 Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
