Associate National Account Manager/National Account Manager, PRHPS (Open to Remote)

At the National Account Manager level, you will represent a variety of nonfiction, fiction, and graphic novel clients.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Selling titles to Ingram/B&T/Brodart buyers monthly 
  • Seasonal top title presentations to Ingram and B&T
  • Monitoring orders and sales and maximizing opportunities
  • Weekly account feedback to clients and occasional channel business reviews
  • Communicating marketplace updates and opportunities to clients and sales managers
  • Actively participating in all publisher meetings
  • Identifying, soliciting and tracking monthly co-operative wholesaler advertising contracts
  • Sales analysis, including monthly forecasting

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of sales experience, including experience directly interacting with accounts; Minimum of 4 years to be considered at the Manager level
  • Interest in representing a variety of clients for books in the categories of graphic novels, nonfiction, literary fiction, genre fiction, health & wellness, and more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to adapt and work well under pressure
  • Dynamic analytical skills with the ability to innovate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary for the Associate National Account Manager level is $63,000; the range at the National Account Manager level is $70,000-$73,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results. Please include a cover letter with your resume.
