Regional Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Insides Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate converts high numbers of prequalified leads to sales, builds customer rapport, providing technical information, product explanations, prepares quotations and close sales. Being a member of the sales team entails partnering with various departments in Reno as well as within our global Lincoln Electric organization to service our direct clients and distributor groups with the highest levels of customer service and expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle/convert high volume of inbound digital and phone leads generated from advertising, email, catalog, internet and trade shows into customers.
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all incoming tasks and outbound activities and resolve issues.
  • Use actively salesforce.com to login calls, record opportunities, navigate through the sales process. End result should be more/ bigger/ close faster/ opportunities
  • Ability to continually achieve and exceed assigned quotas/goals/objectives
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with social expertise
  • Ability to prioritize and handle numerous activities but remain immediately available for incoming calls.
  • All other duties as assigned by department manager or General Manager

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred or High School Diploma with technical sales experience. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and outgoing individual who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, problem solver and good judgment skills.
  • Inside phone sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) or (French and English) preferred
  • Excellent computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred

Physical Demand and Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, regularly required to sit using computer, verbal communication, active listening and expressing oneself. Occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds. 
  • Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, and machinery with moving parts.
