As a Sports Medicine Senior Portfolio Associate, you will help create the shoulder and extremities portfolio of the future! You will work closely with surgeons and sales representatives to conduct market research and VOC, as well as partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to execute the product development process from an upstream marketing perspective.

  • Assesses key sources of information for meaningful market research.
  • Assists in the planning, design and implementation of a market research project.
  • Understands a PLCM plan.
  • Able to collaborate in developing key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.
  • Understands the purpose of a marketing plan and the components of the Annual Marketing Plan template. Understands all aspects of the marketing plan template.
  • Provides metrics and updates back to the larger group on applicable individual segments of the process.
  • Describes how own unit's products and services fit within the organization's as a whole.
  • Collects research product information, service information and marketing literature.
  • Understands key products and services in the industry.
  • Explains how our organization compares to others in the industry.
  • Understands key industry segments and associated characteristics.
  • Delivers high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to met business priorities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build partnership to achieve business objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required). 
  • 2+ years of work experience (required).
  • Medical device experience(preferred).

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
