Senior EHS Consultant, Performance & Assurance (Mid-Senior Level)

Environmental Resources Management (ERM)

ERM Korea is seeking for a Senior EHS Consultant to join our growing Performance Assurance & Transaction Service (PATS) technical team in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you will execute and manage environmental, health and safety, compliance and due diligence projects for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Perform EHS due diligence and compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop, manage, and implement environmental management systems and programs for corporate clients.
  • Manage and develop plans, permits, and procedures for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, storm water and wastewater.
  • Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business to grow the PATS service area.
  • Prepare technical proposals and participate in business development with existing clients and identified leads.
  • Provide on-site support at client facilities.
  • Appropriately delegate project assignments to project teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with other ERM employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of EHS experience in consulting and industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; experience writing comprehensive technical reports.
  • Experience maintaining corporate management standards (either as a consultant or an internal compliance officer).
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent Korean/English skills required.
