Job Description

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Change Coordinator Change Manager ITSM
  • Proven experience in change management within an IT service management framework
  • Familiarity with change management tools and systems e g ServiceNow Jira etc
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library principles particularly in the context of Change Management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation
  • Relevant certifications in ITIL or change management are a plus
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assess and prioritize proposed changes based on business objectives and IT service requirements
  • Develop comprehensive change plans including schedules resource allocation and risk assessments
  • Facilitate the Change Advisory Board CAB meetings to review and approve proposed changes
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders including technical experts and business representatives are involved in the change approval process
  • Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes to identify potential impacts on IT services and business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate approved changes to relevant teams and stakeholders providing detailed documentation and instructions
  • Maintain accurate records of all changes including approvals implementation details and post implementation reviews
