Our team is seeking a proven product manager to take a lead role in defining experiences around travel and expense management processes. As a principal product manager, you will design and enhance the existing Expenses application to meet our customer’s future needs. With your acute analytical skills, your bias for customer success, and a keen eye for usability, you will work closely with our engineering, quality control, release, and support organizations to ensure delivery of an innovative solution and a positive product experience.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or MBA.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in SaaS ERP product management or consulting and implementation. Experience in Oracle ERP preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Expenses cloud.
  • Hands-on experience designing products and features and creating user experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing mobile applications, chatbots, and natural language processing, machine learning, and API-based technologies.
  • Strong ability to translate expense management vision into crisp business process maps, activities, tasks, and business requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge to translate product requirements to solution components. 
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills, including initiative proposals, strategy presentations, functional solution approach, user stories, and test cases.

As a principal product manager, you will

  • Understand customer requirements and provide unique and innovative solutions to address them
  • Design new product features and enhance existing features
  • Author design documents and develop user interfaces
  • Build and execute system tests and system test plans
  • Review integration and regression test plans created by QA
  • Work closely with engineering to build new and enhanced features
  • Create external facing documentation for new and enhanced features
  • Develop launch plans and create launch materials
