Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Office Manager in Watertown, SD. The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and providing support to staff and management. Interested candidates need to have 2-3 years of previous office management experience.

Salary: $60-70k/year DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and actively work with team to motivate, coach, and help them improve the employee's work performance
  • Play an active role in setting goals and monitoring progress towards those goals
  • Responsible for distributing information to team and direct manager
  • Work with direct reports to ensure policies and procedures are being followed
  • Conduct monthly Job Scorecard reviews
  • Work with other managers across the network to solve issues and make improvements
  • Review outstanding invoice report and collect payment from clients
  • Active participation as Escrow Officer
  • Responsible for office building needs

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
