YOUR MISSION

You will be an integral part of the Glovo Brands Ads team, which is a cross-functional division focused on providing a range of advertising products to help brands increase awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Our main objectives are: 

1) Delivering ad campaigns that effectively boost sales for our partner brands by leveraging the constantly growing Glovo user base.

2) Driving incremental profit for Glovo through the development and sale of our advertising products.

We are seeking passionate and creative marketers with a strong sales spirit or sales rock stars with a curiosity for marketing to join Glovo's Brands Ads team in Morocco!

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive sales of Glovo advertising products to FMCG partner Brands and prospects
  • Participate in the implementation of the Glovo Brands Ads strategy in the Moroccan market with the support of the Brands Ads team
  • Build marketing plans and proposals including Glovo advertising products based on data and FMCG Brands' needs and objectives
  • Coordinate and execute partner Brands' ad campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing the impact on partner Brands and Glovo's overall performance
  • Create reporting tools and dashboards to monitor the performance of Partner Brands’ campaigns
  • Create success stories and share best practices

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor or Master Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Finance from top Business Schools in Morocco or international universities
  • Available for at least 6 months full-time internship
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver, data-driven
  • Great interpersonal and project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with complex business challenges
