Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the hotel's PR and strategic partnership strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive coverage of the hotel.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with organizations and individuals that align with the hotel's values and goals.
  • Manage the hotel's presence in social media and other digital channels, including content development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and revenue management, to ensure a cohesive approach to communications and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts across the industry to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices.
  • Analyze data and measure the impact of PR and partnership initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Plan and execute events and initiatives to promote the hotel and its brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PR and/or strategic partnerships, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Wide network of media contacts and strategic partners in the region.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
