About the Role:

New Technology Customer Relationship Manager | 9 Month Fixed Term Contract | Melbourne Based

The Emerging Business Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be part of a small, high-performing team supporting a range of new and innovative residential products and services for Emerging Business. This includes managing warranty claims for previously installed AGL products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage all customer inquiries across the portfolio, handling incoming calls and emails while aligning with established practices.
  • Accurately log cases with clear notes, updates, and actions.
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with other teams in Emerging Business, Wholesale Markets, and Customer Markets to resolve issues.
  • Minimize customer effort and boost customer advocacy.
  • Continuously review and enhance business processes.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience within in a service role with evidence of solving complex customer enquiries.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
  • A good understanding of solar, batteries, smart meters, smart home products, residential energy usage and how customers can become more energy efficient.
  • Sound computer literacy and competence in SAP CRM System
