We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (temporary contract) who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Global Client Deployment team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to lead and ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects and programmes, ensuring they are of the highest standards, delivered on time and within scope.

What we expect from you

  • 12 months of temporary contract 
  • Excellent MS project skills to build and deliver project plans to lead the delivery of our products for our clients to drive customer retention, loyalty, and further sales.
  • Project management expertise with deploying products / software to the client / client facing experience.
  • Manage dependencies across all stakeholders and contributors within a project to ensure they are kept involved and up-to-date at all stages throughout the project life cycle.
  • Escalate in accordance with the RAG status action plan if any of these dependencies or deadlines may be significantly missed/have an impact on key project milestones.
  • Track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the delivery process, giving advice on options to the key stakeholders to help inform decisions.
  • Influence and enable communication channels between the various teams involved in client work delivery, including; project kick off, planning & engagement workshops
  • Collaborate as part of the wider Global Client Deployment team with providing coaching and consultative advice as part of the overall service offerings, regular professional development through attending team meetings, weekly 1:1s, goal setting and performance review.
  • Our PM’s also support the ownership of product deployment template plans to ensure these are periodically updated to help maintain efficient and repeatable deployments.
