About the Role:

Are you a skilled salesperson who thrives on meaningful interactions with a diverse client base? TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results while providing exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will work closely with specific, identified accounts, taking ownership of daily contact and proactively driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. As a seasoned professional, you'll handle complex customer issues and elevate your sales career to new heights as an Inside Account Representative.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to drive growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and deliver QBR presentations.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Develop relationships at purchasing, sales, and operational levels within assigned territory. Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals.
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Identify potential issues and challenges, providing timely visibility to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
  • Develop written documentation and procedures for sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
  • Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes/orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers, understanding TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives to provide value proposition to the customer base.
  • Utilize project management skills to complete customer requests.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or a degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred, ideally in an inside sales environment within technology.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to execute instructions while seeking clarification when needed.
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Clear communication skills in English and other local/regional languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to promote ideas persuasively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Uphold social, ethical, and organizational standards in all business activities.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision, effectively multi-task, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively within departments and with vendors, exhibiting sensitivity to others' needs, concerns, and feelings.
  • Proficient in relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
